BLISS BALL RECIPE



Happy Weekend!

Here's a recipe to make super easy, delicious and healthy bliss balls. These are perfect as a snack, dessert or even as a christmas present to someone special.

Ingredients:

- pitted dates

- oats

- shredded coconut

- dried cranberries (/ raisins / apricots / figs )

- mixed nuts (I used walnuts and cashews)

Method:

Mix all ingredients except the coconut. Place coconut on a plate, roll the mixture into small balls and dip them around in the coconut. Place in fridge for a couple of hours before serving to firmen.
