First Workout Vid!


I filmed a workout video with two different example leg & butt workouts I have been doing. I'm always switching things up with my routines, and these are not ALL my faves but some of my favorite leg & butt exercises. I also demonstrate two different ways I like to warm up before my workouts.

These are all exercises I do at the gym, but with some equipment they can also be performed at home. Don't be afraid to use as heavy weights as possible, as long as you're able to maintain correct form.

Disclaimer: I am not a personal trainer or fitness expert, I am simply showing a few demonstrations of (in my opinion) good exercises you should try out. :)
