Best green smoothie recipe ♡

Good Thursday!

Lately I've been experimenting and trying to discover the most amazingly tasting green smoothie yet.
I'm sure you know the feeling, of making a green smoothie with too much greens or too little sweet fruits, and ending up hating it because it just tastes like grass..
I know I've been there!

So even though I'm not too precise on quantities, I tested and found that following this recipe, your green smoothie can not go wrong.

Here are the ingredients:

1-3 cups of Kale (organic is what I use, because it tastes soo much better)
1-2 cups of Baby Spinach
1 inch of ginger root (fresh)
3 ripe bananas
2-4 dates
a squeeze of fresh (organic) juice of a lemon

Mix all ingredients in a blender. Top off with shredded coconut and goji berries, or anything you like.
Tip: If you have a weak blender, it might be wise to mix the greens with water first, to avoid the greens not getting mixed properly. I personally don't like having the chew my kale in green smoothies..
